Workplace Toolkits, Manuals, Policies & Procedures

I am the primary author of multiple workplace toolkits, have developed conflict processes, employee manuals and policies and procedures for workspaces. I have developed practices in support of people with disabilities, LGBT+ community, unrecognized harm in the workplace (multiple chemical scent sensitivity/negative impact from scents, bathroom access, food and diet culture, wellness at work, and more), work place safety (active shooter considerations) and putting DEIB to work including in terms of people stewardship and talent acquisition and retention (hiring, retention and severance of employment).

Ready to Transform Belonging in your policies and practices? I look forward to working with you!

Interested in my work? Feel free to check out this publicly available document Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Racial Justice for Civil Legal Aid developed for the Legal Aid Association of California in support of more than 100 legal aid and community based non-profit organizations. It is the only toolkit of its kind and was published in 2020 and revised in 2021.

I write without fear, edit without mercy and provide documents for final review by human resources, general counsel and boards of directors for approval. Document creation is not a substitute for legal advice and consultation with a human resources specialist.

Culture & Climate in the Worlds of Art & Literature (Film, Books, etc.)

If you would like support with a diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging (DEIB) review of a script, book, podcast, etc. Transform Belonging is here to help you transform the world of art & literature. The world is ready for more stories and voices that are reflective of our diversity and nuanced experiences. Best practices are ever and quickly evolving. Bridging intergenerational needs from age 0-100+ is an immense and exciting challenge. You do not have to do it alone! Transform Belonging is here to help support.

Employer & Colleague Requests/Professional Development

Transform Belonging can also assist with written requests to employers or colleagues in support of engaging in a conflict transformation process, or request to receive professional development funding for coaching or training/facilitation. Depending on the needs assessment from the intake Transform Belonging may refer a client to other organizations depending on the needs around organizational effectiveness. Transform Belonging is a non-competitive model that is open collaboration with other practitioners, organizations and companies. At times, it may be necessary to collaborate to fully meet client needs. A needs assessment is provided prior to contracting for services.
