Conflict Resolution

  • Mediation

Focuses on resolving conflict. Provides an alternative to litigation/lawsuits. Often a last alternative before court. May or may not address power dynamics and differences in identities. Focuses on creating mutual agreements for how to move forward.

Requires an assessment (initial consult). Each mediation session is 2 hours with a break at the mid-point. Complex topics are best served with 2-3 sessions. Transform Belonging will work with you to determine your needs.

Conflict coaching may be needed, for each person, to be ready to come to mediation with the tools needed to support the success of the process.
